Rent Our Space
Whether you are looking to have a party or host your wedding at In Focus Church, our space is ready for you.
BOOKING
To request a date for your event click the BOOK NOW button below. You may also review the Rental Agreement. You will receive a copy to sign after your event is officially booked.
FEES
Click on the space you're interested in to see the cost of the spaces and the resources that are available for you to rent. Your rental fee must be paid in full by the Thursday prior to your event. An invoice will be delivered to your email within one week of confirming your event date.
All bookings outside of In Focus Church office hours (Monday -Thursday 8:30am -4:30pm) will be charged a ‘per day’ cleaning fee ranging from $75-$300. The rate is dependent upon the space(s) rented.
CANCELLATIONS
Your event must be canceled no later than 3 days before your event for a full refund.
Auditorium
Price:
$150 per hour
Features:
Modern auditorium that seats up to 400 people. Fully equipped with state of the art audio/visual technology (equipment only available at an additional cost to be operated by IFC technicians). Ideal for weddings and/or funerals.
Live music/vocals (acoustic style) available for ($75 per hour).
Basic video recording/streaming available for ($50 per hour).
Resources Available:
Pipe & Drape to ‘hide’ non-removable items on stage ($100)
Audio/Visual Technician ($50 per hour)
Conference Room
Price:
$30 per hour
Features:
Conference room with two functional meeting spaces. Large, modern conference table that seats 12.
Room can hold up to 15 people.

Rolling Whiteboard
Courtyard
Price:
$75 per hour
Features:
Beautiful outdoor space that holds up to 100 people.
Equipped with lighting for nighttime events as well as power for speaker/equipment set up.

Green Room A
Price:
$30 per hour
Features:
Located behind the main stage in the auditorium.
Equipped with 2 restrooms and ample counter space.
Natural light makes this room ideal for use as a brides dressing room for weddings.
Room can hold up to 20 people.
Resources Available:
Room is equipped with ~30 padded chairs (non-removable)
Green Room B
Price:
$20 per hour
Features:
Located behind the main stage in the auditorium.
Equipped with 1 restroom, small “living room” area, and limited counter space.
Ideal for use as a dressing room for weddings.
Room can hold up to 10 people.
Resources Available:
Room is equipped with living room furniture (non-removable)
KidFocus Stage A

$50 per hour
Features:
Mid-size indoor space equipped with audio/visual equipment (available at an additional cost for large events).
Room can hold up to 50 people.

KidFocus Stage B

Parent's Room (Multipurpose)

Mid-Size room ideal for meetings and small gatherings/classes.
Equipped with couch and rocking chair.
Mounted TV available for HDMI connection.
Room can hold up to 15 people.

North Commons
Price:

Large room ideal for meetings, gatherings and classes.

Youth Room

Features:
Large indoor space equipped with audio/visual equipment (available at an additional cost for large events). Garage doors create unique indoor/outdoor event capabilities.
Room can be cleared of chairs upon request to make room for tables. Room can hold up to 100 people.
