Greeter Team
The Greeter Team creates the first impression guests experience at In Focus Church. They welcome people with warmth, offer simple guidance, and set the tone for a friendly, stress-free visit. Their goal is to help every person feel seen, valued, and at home the moment they arrive.
Parking Team
The Parking Team is the first point of contact for everyone arriving on campus. They guide cars safely, assist with flow, and offer friendly waves and greetings as people arrive. Their energy helps set the tone for a welcoming, organized experience before anyone even steps into the building.
Food/Beverage Team
The Food & Beverage Team serves by creating an inviting hospitality experience through coffee, snacks, and refreshments. They prepare and present drinks with care, keep the area clean and stocked, and help guests feel comfortable and cared for. Their presence helps turn Sunday mornings into a place where community naturally forms.
Usher Team
The Usher Team helps create a smooth and distraction-free worship environment. They assist people in finding seats, greet people, and support the flow of the service with awareness and care. Their heart is to make sure everyone can focus on worship without worry.
Membership Required
Some volunteer teams require you to be registered for our Membership Class before serving. This class isn’t a commitment to become a member—it’s simply a way to help you understand who we are as a church, what we believe, and how we live out our mission together. We want every volunteer to be equipped with a clear picture of our culture, our vision, and the foundations of Christianity so you can serve with confidence and purpose. Of course, it’s our hope that after completing the class, you’ll be excited to take the next step by signing the membership commitment and becoming an official part of our church family. KidFocus
Whether serving in the nursery rooms, elementary services, or kid-check, all of our KidFocus teams work to exhibit Jesus to the life of each child that enters our building. If you have a passion for seeing children grow up under Gospel-centered teaching and care, this is the team for you.
In Focus Worship
A collective of vocalists, musicians, and songwriters, In Focus Worship strives to foster an environment of musical worship for our Church body week in and week out. Our team of worshippers prioritizes excellence and values consistency in that area. If you would like to audition, click the button below!
Connect Team
The Connect Team helps people move from simply attending to truly belonging. They welcome new guests, gather basic information, guide people toward next steps like small groups or serving, and build relational bridges. This team makes the church feel smaller, personal, and easy to plug into.
Production Team
We love to communicate in a language that resonates with the culture around us. If you have the ability or desire to serve behind a sound board, a lighting desk, a visual computer, or a camera, this is the team for you. If you don’t have previous experience, we are more than happy to train you.

Security Team
The Security Team ensures a safe and comfortable environment for everyone on campus. They stay alert, monitor key areas, respond to needs, and serve with a calm, protective presence. Their goal is simple: create a secure atmosphere where families can worship with confidence and peace of mind.
Operations Team
The Operations Team sets up, tears down, and maintains environments so services run smoothly. They handle practical needs, restock supplies, and keep everything clean and ready for people to worship without distractions.
Resource Center Team
The Resource Center Team helps people grow by offering books, Bibles, merch, and other resources that support their spiritual walk. They assist guests with purchases, answer questions about materials, keep the area organized, and create a warm, helpful environment.
In Focus YTH
In Focus YTH aims to partner with parents in teaching middle and high school students about the God of all creation who lovingly sent His Son to die the death we deserved. If you have a heart to lead the next generation in the process of living lives wholeheartedly dedicated to Jesus, this is the team for you.
Men’s Ministry
At In Focus, we desire to see men fighting for a deeper relationship with God in their own lives, and also encouraging one another to do the same. That’s why we encourage every man to be a part of a small group and also why we host a quarterly event called The Arena. Our “Men’s Ministry Team” leads that charge.
Women’s Ministry
We believe every woman is valuable, significant and loved by God. We know that God’s purpose and plan for each person on the planet is sure and dependable. Our women’s ministry team helps lead our quarterly events, as well as helping steward the discipleship culture for the women of our Church.
Prayer Team
We believe that prayer is a posture for a Christian to engage with God and grow in a personal relationship with God and others. We come together each week before our church services to seek God on behalf of our church. We also pray with those who need prayer in between our church services.
