Connect Groups exist to connect people with one another in the body of Christ, and to serve the church and our community. If you have a heart to gather people, we’d love to help you lead.

How it works

The path to leading

Here’s how Connect Group leader training works at In Focus Church.

  1. Join a group first. If you haven’t been in a Connect Group yet, join one for a semester before you start training.

  2. Take the Training Class.

  3. Meet with a pastor. Sit down with one of our pastors or leaders.

  4. Train with a leader. Spend a semester training alongside a Connect Group Leader.

  5. Keep growing. Join our once-a-month equipping meetings.
